Understanding Attitudes Towards Leisure Travel in the Time of COVID-19
As we continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our industry, we are committed to sharing actionable insights, expertise, and thought leadership to help our marketing partners during this challenging time. To help learn more about how consumers are thinking and feeling about travel in this rapidly changing landscape, we conducted a consumer sentiment study with research experts dscout. We asked a panel of travelers in the U.S. as well as in Australia, Canada, France, Germany and the U.K. to tell us about their upcoming travel plans and explain what is driving their decisions when it comes to booking trips at this time. The findings from this study, combined with our Expedia Group data, provide us and our marketing partners with a comprehensive picture of how travelers are thinking about travel in the time of COVID-19.
